These Terms & Conditions contain important information, please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with all or part of these conditions, you should not come to Tribojam Community.
Your entry onto the Tribojam Site shall constitute an acceptance by you of these Terms & Conditions and imply an undertaking on your part to observe them.
In the event of any breach of these Terms & Conditions, Tribojam Community reserves the right to refuse admission, to eject you or to confiscate offending articles, as the case may be.
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any arrival at the Tribojam Community site after these changes have been published on the Website, will be bound to the new Terms & Conditions.
Underage attendants
Tribojam Community is open to all ages. Children under the age of 13 years that attend the site must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Caravans
If you wish to bring a Caravan or similar, you must book through the Tribojam website, as spaces for these vehicles are limited.
Loss or damage to property or persons
Entrance to the Site is at your own risk. The Promoter and Landowner will NOT be held responsible for loss or damage to property or persons whilst attending the project.
You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at Tribojam Community by you or your invitees.
Conduct
Tribojam Community is a space of freedom and no prejudice. It is a space for free spirits based on values such as peace, art, environment, celebration, culture, education and love. Please respect your brothers and sisters and the nature around you. Don’t engage in negative behaviour towards others.
Activities
Participation in all activities on site is voluntary and at visitors’ own risk.
Photographic, video or audio reproduction
Photographic, video or audio reproduction of Tribojam Community and its activities is allowed for nice and/or interesting purposes that are extremely unlikely to offend or portray negatively the people involved, or the organisation and festival itself.
By comming to Tribojam Community, you consent to your inclusion in official photographic, visual & audio recordings of the project as members of the audience.
Animals
Animals are generally not permitted, other than registered guide or hearing dogs. You can apply for an exception to this rule only directly to Michael Lebaigue.
Fires and explosives
Any activity involving fire or great heat is strictly forbidden. Forest fires are a great concern and much care must be exercised at all times. No fires, barbecues, pyrotechnic devices, flares, lanterns allowed between April and November, and between November and April, in case of drought..
Smoking will only be allowed in certain well-protected areas and there will be a designated cooking space near the camping area.
Waste and environment
Tribojam cares for the environment and community. Please be respectful and place any litter in the recycle or other bins provided around the venue. Be waste and water wise – thank you.
Please respect our village and neighbours and do not create excessive noise or litter while travelling to and from the site.
Privacy Policy
The Tribojam Organization is committed to protecting your privacy: any information given to us will be used for the sole and express purpose of dealing with your stay. We will never sell our customer information to anyone. Our online store uses only the best secure, encrypted technology to process your orders safely and securely. Your confidentiality is as important to us as it is to you.
Legal Disclaimer
Any clause in these terms & conditions is valid independently of all others.
In case of legal action taken up against or by the Tribojam Organization, the competent court shall always be in Nisa, Portugal or the closest, in case of other incompatibilities; and the language of the suit portuguese.
WARNING: EXCESSIVE EXPOSURE TO FREE JAM MUSIC MAY CAUSE YOU TO ENJOY LIFE MORE OR EVEN START BIG CHANGES IN YOUR LIFE. TRIBOJAM ORGANIZATION IS HAPPY TO HELP BUT WILL NEVER BE LIABLE TO REFUND ANY FUTURE PENSIONS YOU LOSE BECAUSE YOU QUIT YOUR JOB.
